Sports Passes for 2012-2013 School Year

The following items are currently offered by Cardinal Community Schools.

The following items are currently available:

Adult Pass Adult pass issued to any adult 18-61 years of age. Please list the name of the person who will be receiving the pass.		Price: $60.00
Couple Pass Couple passes are issued to any adults between the ages of 18-61 years of age.		Price: $100.00
Family of 4 Pass (Extra Students) This pass MUST be purchased along with a family of 4 pass. Each additional child is $10		Price: $10.00
Family Pass (Family of 4) Family of 4 passes will be issued to 2 adults and 2 students. Please note that each additional student will be and extra $10 per child. This must be added under Family of 4 Extra Student.		Price: $150.00
Student Athlete Pass Student athlete passes are for any 7th - 12th grade student participating in a school sponsored sport		Price: $20.00
Student Pass Student passes issued to Kindergarten - 12th grade students NOT participating in a school sponsored sport.		Price: $30.00
