Pay to Participate Participants from MHS, LHS and IAW must pay a $150 fee to participate.		Price: $150.00
Pay to Participate Misc Amount Participants from MHS, LHS and IAW may indicate the amount they are paying towards the Pay to Participate fee ONLY if they have earned credit from fundraising such as the Kroger earnings card.		Price: Add to cart, then enter amount
Travel Payment Participants from MHS, LHS and IAW must pay a $350 travel payment to participate.		Price: $350.00

Uniform Charge Participants from MHS, LHS and IAW must pay a $50 uniform fee		Price: $50.00
